1.4 This Policy should be read together with ph002's Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions regarding data privacy matters, this Policy shall prevail.

2. Data Controller

2.1 ph002 Casino is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Platform. As data controller, ph002 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

2.2 ph002 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act. You may contact the DPO regarding any data privacy concerns at the contact details provided in Section 13 of this Policy.

2.3 ph002 maintains a data processing register and conducts regular privacy impact assessments in accordance with NPC guidelines. Our data processing activities are registered with the National Privacy Commission as required by law.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Registration Data. When you create a ph002 account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is required to verify your identity and comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements.

3.2 Identity Verification Documents. To comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and to verify that you are at least 21 years of age, we may collect copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID.

3.3 Financial Data. We collect information necessary to process deposits and withdrawals, including GCash account details, Maya/PayMaya account details, bank account numbers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card details. We do not store full card numbers — card data is tokenised by our payment processor.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 ph002 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: As required by our gaming licence and applicable Philippine law, including mandatory reporting of suspicious transactions to the AMLC;
• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), and banking partners, solely for the purpose of processing your transactions;

6.3 ph002 does not transfer your personal data outside the Philippines except where necessary for payment processing or cloud infrastructure, and only where adequate data protection safeguards are in place.

7. Data Retention

7.1 ph002 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law and regulatory obligations:

• Account and Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations;
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years after the resolution of the relevant matter;
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier;
• Technical/Log Data: Retained for twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes.

7.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ph002 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines.

8. Security Measures

8.1 ph002 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ph002 Platform;
• OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for account login;

• Payment card tokenisation — full card numbers are never stored on ph002 servers;
• Real-time session monitoring and anomaly detection to identify suspicious login activity;
• Regular penetration testing and security audits by independent third parties;
• Strict access controls — ph002 staff access to personal data is limited to those with a legitimate business need, on a role-based access control (RBAC) basis.

8.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected individuals, ph002 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

9.1 ph002 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled.

11. Minors & Age Restriction

11.1 The ph002 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. ph002 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If ph002 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted, except where retention is required by law.

11.2 If you believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on the ph002 Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

12.1 ph002 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

12.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
