1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph002 Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with ph002.

1.2 ph002 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.3 ph002 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one registered account on the ph002 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if it changes. ph002 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ph002 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify ph002 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph002 will investigate and take appropriate action, but is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.5 KYC Verification. ph002 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by ph002 for KYC purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph002 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. ph002 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. ph002 aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ph002 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ph002 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph002 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph002 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ph002 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Abuse. ph002 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 ph002 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game on the ph002 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 RNG & Fairness. ph002's random number generator (RNG) systems are independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. ph002 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, ph002 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ph002 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disconnection. ph002 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph002 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ph002 immediately;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or other players' experience;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.

7.2 ph002 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with forfeiture of any balance, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities including PAGCOR.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 ph002 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without ph002's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph002 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 ph002's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 ph002 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph002's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 ph002 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 ph002 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, OTP two-factor authentication, and session monitoring to protect your personal and financial data.

11.3 ph002 may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law. ph002 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 By You. You may close your ph002 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 By ph002. ph002 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• ph002 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive;

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph002 Platform shall first be submitted to ph002's customer support team for resolution. ph002 will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

13.4 You and ph002 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ph002 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
